When I was a teenager, I didn’t fully comprehend the importance of conscious living and eating. I figured that being active and leading an otherwise healthy lifestyle was enough to optimize one’s health.
As someone who has had the privilege of learning about nutrition and human optimization through my education in Kinesiology, I have noticed dramatic improvements in the quality of my overall life through that acquired information and also what brings me to creating this page.
